Aleta is a pelvic health occupational therapist and the founder of Mountain Mama Pelvic Health, LLC. With a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy earned in 2008, she brings extensive experience in orthopedics, pain science, and bodywork. Over the past several years, Aleta has dedicated herself to the assessment and treatment of women’s core and pelvic health, supporting women through transitional life stages such as pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
She is especially passionate about helping women and teens with hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Aleta is committed to educating, empowering, and advocating for women to expect better postpartum care. As a certified Prenatal & Postpartum Exercise Specialist, she provides holistic, functional, and client-centered pelvic floor therapy tailored to each individual. She is deeply dedicated to normalizing conversations around pelvic and sexual health while fostering education and empowerment in her community.
